**PLEASE READY CAREFULLY** (1) All photographs delivered to the Client are copyrighted by the Photographer. (2) The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for self-promotion and marketing purposes. (3) Any editing or altering of the images is to be carried out solely by Shane P. Watts Photography. (4) If the Photographer is unable to supply the Client any photos due to circumstances beyond its immediate, direct and reasonable control, including but without limiting the following; digital film defect, camera, flash or lighting malfunction and illness, then the Photographer will not be liable for the costs in excess of the amount the client has paid. (5) In the case of a cancellation, deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another Client or exchanged for any other service from the Photographer.

Shane P. Watts Photography is offering TWO complimentary Newborn Sessions to be scheduled in February/March 2016. Babies must be under 2 weeks old at the day of the session. The sessions are completely FREE and final images will be delivered to the parents in high resolution digital format. Images may be used for self promotion and marketing purposes by Shane P. Watts Photography.

Sessions will be scheduled in the morning mid week subject to both parties availability and carried out in my home studio. Please allow at least 2-3 hours for the session. Props, accessories and baby changing facilities will be available for use to make sure both mummy and baby are comfortable.

Please read through the below, tick and submit form; The Client fully understands that the photographer’s service is for the amount of hours specified in this agreement. After the specified time an overtime rate will apply of €150 per hour. All photographs delivered to the Client are copyrighted by the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for self-promotion and marketing purposes. Any editing or altering of the images is to be carried out solely by Shane P. Watts Photography In the unlikely event that the photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act or other cause beyond the control of the photographer, the photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. If the Photographer is unable to supply the Client any photos due to circumstances beyond its immediate, direct and reasonable control, including but without limiting the following; digital film, defect, camera, flash or lighting malfunction and illness, then the Photographer will not be liable for the costs in excess of the amount the client has paid The photographer is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the client is left to the discretion of the photographer. All information provided by the Client is used to carry out the obligations stipulated in the contract. It will be stored safely by the Photographer and never sold or transferred to third parties.

I do not employ other photographers to shoot, as I believe that you are paying for my vision and professionalism.
